I had the best experience finding my dress at Brickhouse Bridal, so when Jackie referred me to Monica, I knew I will be in good hands. Monica is simply the best! She is kind, funny, detail oriented, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She made my dress fit me like a glove and even put backing on my straps so they wouldn’t agitate my shoulders. On my wedding date I danced the night away and was absolutely comfortable! I cannot recommend Monica and her team enough!

Simply put, Monica and her alterations are AMAZING! Not only were her alterations an amazing quality that will made me feel like a gorgeous princess on my wedding day; she was also one of the (if not THE) kindest, funniest, and best vendor I worked with for my wedding! I not only waited until the last minute to get my alterations done, but it was in the midst of Covid restrictions and the crazy freeze in early 2021. She still went above and beyond with her quality of work, detailed eye, and her customer service; and I felt confident and beautiful in my dress on my wedding day! I would 100% recommend every bride use her services!

Luxury Tailors by Monica is absolutely the place to go for all your bridal alterations. I met Monica back in 2019 when she came highly recommended by Brickhouse Bridal after purchasing my wedding dress. Monica’s years of study and experience as a tailor allow her to fine tune her craft and produce incredible work. She is meticulous with her alterations and just an absolute dream to work with. Monica is extremely patient and will listen to your vision as a bride, then make recommendations based on your needs. Unfortunately, due to COVID, my husband and I had to make the difficult decision three weeks before our wedding in April 2020 to postpone an entire year. Monica continued to be amazing throughout our time together. What I thought was going to be my final appointment before my wedding, turned into a heart wrenching realization that I was not going to be picking up my dress at that time. Her compassion and empathy for my emotions at such an unprecedented time solidified my opinion that Monica is the complete package in the bridal alteration business. She did alterations for several people in my wedding party in addition to my Maid of Honor’s wedding gown earlier this year. I even unexpectedly lost weight during COVID and Monica helped produce a quick turn around to have my dress fit me perfectly by my wedding! Monica is simply the best and I can’t ever thank her enough for her hard work.

Recently moved to TX so all the vendors were completely new to me. Ventura's highly recommended Luxury Tailors by Monica so I felt somewhat relieved I wouldn't be blindly entrusting an unknown vendor with my beautiful dress. Monica answered our text messages immediately and we set up an appointment. Both my mom, sister and I used Monica's services. My dress had to have the belt sewn on to the waist, hemmed as it was quite long and the sleeves pulled in a bit. My mother's dress was to be pulled in and adjusted on the top and my sister's dress hemmed. All dresses were done exactly as promised, the dresses were kept safe and clean. I am also getting my preservation done with her as well. Monica was also friendly and the prices were reasonable for the important service. I will be going to her for any other future work! Monica and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! After loosing quite a little weight, I was sure there was no way my dress will be able to fit the way it was supposed to. Monica did an AMAZING job altering my dress, She made the sleeves removable so I could have elegant sleeves for the ceremony and sleeveless dress for dancing at the reception. Review the inspiration, the changes that were made was taking the top part of the nude netting and apply to black netting, Changing the under layer to black, added cups & a bustle few other things.

Monica did a FANTASTIC job on my wedding dress and my exit dress. I can’t say enough nice things about Monica. I needed to get my wedding dress taken in and she did it no problem. I got my going-away dress a week before the wedding (COVID deliver delays) and I knew it would have to be taken in and shortened for the wedding and she got me in Saturday to get it all taken care of and I had the exit dress in my hand Thursday (the day before) ready to wear for my exit. She couldn't have done a better job, they both fit perfectly. She was so calming and reassuring that everything will be perfect and it was. She also did a fantastic job on the Mother of the Bride’s dress…. I highly recommend Monica!

Monica did an amazing job altering my dress to fit me perfectly. I originally planned on adding a tulle skirt and somewhat deconstructing my dress. Monica steered me in the right direction and I opted to keep my dress as-is. I'm so thankful for her advice and wisdom because my dress was beautiful!

Monica brought my dress to life!!! It was about 1.5 sizes too big and honey, she took the dress in, in all of the right places! She even removed the terrible boob cup things from the dress. The end reilt was me feeling super confident in my gown!! I could sit, eat, and dance comfortably! She even made me look curvy! Monica went above and beyond when she agreed to last minute alterations (literally two days before) for my mom and my flower girl. She also created 20 custom masks for us! Monica is amazing to work with. She will customize your dress to your body & she never turns down a challenge. Recommended 1000%!!

Monica at Luxury Tailors is amazing! I walked in very stresses out because my wedding dress was too small due to being 5 months pregnant. I honestly felt like I was hopeless but Monica came to the rescue! She came up with the solution to change the back of my dress to a corset so no matter how much I grow in the 2 weeks till the wedding, the dress will still fit. I cannot tell you how much she eased my anxiety. Her idea was great and her work was fantastic. You can see in the picture that she did a wonderful job and it looked like the dress was made that way.
